Based in Hong Kong and reporting directly to the Worldwide Sales Director you will be responsible for:
- The management, the supervision and the motivation of the decentralized sales team, in order to plan and achieve the company’s goals.
- The development of the company business and the identification of potential targets and new channels of development.
- The building of solid relationships with customers, vendors and partners to increase market share.
- The setting up and the improvement of the distribution channel in order to guarantee the execution of the company’s mission.
- The setting of budgets/targets, the implementation of new plans, the monitoring of competitors and the constant provision of reporting to the Italian Headquarter.
Requirements
- University Degree, MBA is a plus
- 7/10 years sales experience with proven track sales record
- Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial drive and spirit
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Teamwork ability and goals’ orientation
