Amisco, an important international brand leader,
operating in the engineering field, has mandated us
to look for an Operations Manager.
 
Responsibilities of the role
The candidate, reporting directly to the Italian Headquarter and to the local Chinese President, will be in charge of the entire Plant Operations of the Shenzen Branch. The main responsibilities will include:

- Direct and supervise day-to-day plant production operations and planning.
- Coordinate plant activities through supervising, to insure the manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Resolve any technical issues that emerge and support the team in troubleshooting.
- Ensuring equipment is well maintained and operators trained and motivated to maximize operational performance.
- Assist in ensuring that operational goals are meet in relation to safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products.
- Proposing the annual budget and seeking efficiency improvements to generate cost saving opportunities.

Required skills & experience
You have a degree level qualification in Engineering and at least 1/2 years of professional experience in the Chinese market. You are young, self-motivated, fluent in English and Mandarin and you have preferably worked in the automotive field. You are commercially driven with a persuasive verbal and written communication, have good technical and business development skills and are able to forge clever commercial relationships.
Strong Strategic thinking, team working, results and quality focus and problem solving are some of yours key-competencies.
The knowledge of Chinese language is a must.
